Beautiful Sunday

So nice to sleep  long in this lovely sunny summer Sunday. Had my gomorgen, yougut, a slice of toast and a cup of coffee latte. Think I'll spend the day at beach, try to get a girlfriend to be with me. Just miss Philip, but he is the soon and it will be very fun. Otherwise, I wish everyone reading this is a good day on.

Nice days

There was  very  nice  wether today.  I have been  sweating like in the tropic country. So nice. I live not far from the beach, so me and my friends went to the beach to enjoy  the sun and summer. We ate a lot of ice cream.  May be there will be a trip to Hegedal tomorow. ..Piece:))

Today I have changed the colour of my blogg to pink I think its cool. I am thinking about putting some picture too but I must take new pics. I have destroyed my cam so  I need new Camera. Then There wil be a lot of pictures.

The day has been spent inside. I had a very important desition  to make, and today it was my last day to give the answer. It took so long to decide, but today I came with the answer.
Also I am very concerned about my son who is on vacation in   The Philipines, I have just  lest that  nine died and 25 are missing after a tropical storm has hit the Philippines.Thousands of people have fled their homes. I pray to God that my son is safe. I am not happy today,not before i hear from them.I can't even sleep.

Just sad about the tragedie that has happened. I can not understand when a man use so much resources and money and time just  tokill so many people. The most stupid thing one  can ever imagine, to  kill so many innocent young people .  Otherwise I have been so touched by  Statminister Jens Stoltenberg's speeches.  I got tears on my eyes.I hope Gods hand wil be with the relatives and families of the fatalities and those who was damaged, without forgeting the famile of the Anders Breivik. I just think  If it was my brother or my son who did that , How could I feel right now. I hope they will manage to handle this shame and the pain .

En svart dame...How Much..it really hurts

God morgen allesammen. Jeg sov lenge denne søndagen, etter å ha vært ute å på byen igår. Jeg bare ville benytte min rettighet til å kose seg. For at  i mellom må man det.  Hadde en avtale av å møte mine to venninner på byen, men etter at jeg gikk på byen , jeg ringte dem uten å få svar fra dem, men jeg skjønner godt fordi det var veldig mange mennesker på byen. Da ble jeg alene til jeg møtt noen andre kjente.På byen  var det  mange mennesker som vanlig.  Men du vet hva som skjedde , det var en norsk mann som spurte meg   How much?...da måtte jeg bare spørre han unnskyld?, hva mener du. Jeg spurte ham  hvor mye? Jeg syntes det var veldig frekt måtte å oppføre seg, og måtte  bare reagere på  ham, hva mener du, mener du sex kanskje?, han bare så på meg og sa ja men  jeg bare tuller. Hæ, hva slags tull er det?, at å møte noen på gata og spørre hvor mye hun selger seg? Da måtte jeg  spørre ham om  jeg skulle ringe politiet for at han ville  kjøpe sex fra meg ? Se hva han sa det kan du gjøre. Så jeg tok min mobil og lat som jeg ringte, han måtte komme bort til meg og sa unnskyld, jeg bare tuller. Jeg er sammen med kona mi. Jeg synes nordmenn bø  forstå at det er både sårende og irriterende  når noen ser hud-farget ditt som reklame for sex handel eller noe dritt. Det er veldig trist at noen forsatt tenker sånn. Jeg ble ganske lei meg  for det. Men etter at jeg møtt noen venner så ble det koselig igjen.

Hey!! its Friday

Today I woke up very early with plenty of energy. Yes it is Friday. Finally it'sweekend again ... yibiii,
I love Fridays!. And today I'm looking forward for my Zumba Fitness this evening. I love Zumba. I love to dance and I love the Latino rhythms. And I use to dance every Tuesday and Friday. There is so much fun in this dance , just dance and move those hips and shake the boobs.And then  will  I just want to relax, and can go out and have fun with myfriend. I just wish all a very nice weekend. Tomorow I will come with more to talk about!

Habari za asubuhi

Leo sikulala vizuri. Nilitembelewa na  rafuiki yangu Sheryl Saso. alilala kwenye sofa. Tumeongea muda mreu. Baadaye nikajaribu kulala, lakini sikupata usingizi. Sasa hivi natoka naelekea kwenye mihanjo.

Baadaye nafikiri nitafanya mazoezi. Na jioni nafikiri nitatoka out pamoja na marafiki:)
